PRINCE RUPERT, B.C. – A vibrant “Night Bazaar” is set to take over the Prince Rupert waterfront next week, offering residents and visitors an evening of shopping, live music, and local food.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Lax Süülda Container Market, located at the Cruise Ship Terminal in the heart of Cow Bay.
The bazaar will feature a wide array of local vendors and artisans, showcasing everything from handmade crafts and knitting to jewelry and gourmet treats. The vendor list includes local favourites such as Coastal Crafts, Waterfront Creations, and Haisla Dreams Creations, alongside food options like Mickeys Hot Dog Cart. Tourism Prince Rupert will also have a presence at the event.
Adding to the festive atmosphere will be a live musical performance by popular local artist JJ Sway.
The Lax Süülda Container Market, a seasonal hub for local commerce, provides the perfect backdrop for the evening market, which aims to celebrate the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the North Coast.
